4-Week Focused Programs
The 4-week focused programs are designed for athletes new to weightlifting and those looking to supplement their current training to become more proficient in the snatch and the clean and jerk.
Each program runs for 4 weeks and includes two one-hour coached sessions per week. Athletes can choose any two days per week Monday-Friday.
Athletes in the 4-week programs can choose from the following focus areas:
Jerk
This program focus is for people whose best Clean & Jerk is held back by their jerk.
Clean and Jerk
This program focus is for people who can usually jerk what they can clean, but their Clean & Jerk lags relative to their snatch.
Snatch
This program focus is for people who wish to improve their snatch PR relative to their Clean & Jerk PR.
Balanced
This program focus is for general improvement at both the snatch and Clean & Jerk.
Strength Biased
This program focus is for people who want to focus on increasing their base strength and power for weightlifting.
4-week focused memberships are available for $150 per 4-week program.
