OPEN MEMBERSHIP

Open membership is appropriate for beginner and intermediate athletes looking to learn the sport of weightlifting and for athletes from other sports looking to improve proficiency with the olympic lifts and to enhance overall strength and conditioning.

The competition team is for athletes interested in competing in weightlifting and attaining high-level sport goals.
